About Me

At heart, I believe that any individual knows themselves better than anyone else and is therefore in the best position to know what they need. Sometimes it takes a bit of effort to identify what that looks like and counselling is a very effective way of doing this.

I will work with you to support you to explore the person you are and what is going on for you right now.   I aim to provide a safe and confidential space for you to give vent to your true feelings, no matter how uncomfortable or difficult and explore whether there is anything you’d like to change and how you want to move forward.

I have extensive experience of bereavement work with CRUSE as well as being an approved therapist with Anxiety UK and an Affiliate Counsellor with Health Assured and PAM Wellbeing.

The time you spent with me ... was transformative...Your listening , memory for details and astute observations really helped me put things into perspective. It was the culmination of a long journey.  CW

After years of contemplating counselling, I finally made the decision to and saw Sue. She was very empathetic and understanding of my situation and helped me to help myself.  CR
